Leeds Rhinos have launched their new look home kit for the 2019 season which marks 20 years since the club’s record breaking win at the old Wembley Stadium.

The shirt includes the names of all 17 players who featured in the 1999 Challenge Cup Final including Terry Newton, who sadly passed away in 2010. The shirt also features the name of Head Coach Graham Murray. As a special feature inside the neck of the shirt is a quote from Murray, who died in 2013.

The quote reads:

Supporters will always back a team who they know have given 100% commitment & Leeds players never give anything less. This club is like a close knit family & the bottom line is the players love playing for Leeds.

The shirt features the club’s traditional blue and amber bands. The front of the shirt includes the Leeds Building Society logo, which is also on the shorts, along with the logos of associate partners Global, Berrys and official kit suppliers ISC have their logo on the upper shoulder on this shirt. The sleeves have the branding of new partners Southerns along with the Betfred Super League logo. Three more partners are on the back of the shirt with Quest joined by LSS Waste Management and FPS. The kit is completed with play in blue shorts and amber with blue bands socks, both feature the logo of SMUK.

The kit is available now and can be ordered online at store.leedsrugby.com
