Half back Jack Sinfield made his Super League debut for the Rhinos during the 2022 season.
Starting at half back against Castleford Tigers, Sinfield went on to play five times for the first team during that season. He also added a combined 14 appearances for the Reserves and Under-18s Academy as he helped the club lift the Academy Grand Final title with two drop goals and two goals against St Helens.
2023 saw the half back featured six times in Super League, including the final four games of the season in which he recorded his first senior try against Castleford at Headingley. He continued to also play in the Academy and Reserves teams, scoring one try and 14 goals for the Under-18s and six tries and 22 goals for the Reserves. He was one of four players to sign three-year extensions that season.
The youngster started playing at Saddleworth Rangers and went on to win two Oldham Cups (2017, 2018) and reach the Lancashire Premier Play offs in 2018 and 2019. He was in the line up for the Under-16 match against NSW Country RL at the end of 2018.
He is the son of Leeds Rhinos legend and Hall of Famer Rugby Kevin Sinfield, who also came through the club’s Academy system.
