Vacant Position – Leeds Rhinos Women’s Talent ID Co-ordinator

We are currently looking to recruit a Women’s Talent ID Co-ordinator, working in conjunction with the Sporting Director and Head Coach, you be responsible for player identification from U15s age up to and including open age for the Leeds Rhinos Women’s team.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage all areas of Talent ID and scouting for Women’s Scholarship, Academy & First Team squads in line with the Leeds Rhinos DNA.
- Ensure the best local talent with Women’s Super League potential are recruited into our pathway.
- Ensue talent within Women’s Rugby Union clubs and at Universities with Women’s Super League potential are recruited.
- Observe & Review Women’s Super League / Women’s Championship Footage to identify players that would strengthen our Women’s First Team.
Expectations:
- Create and develop a good working relationship with all staff and players
- Liaise and work with the other Rhinos staff in accordance with the values and philosophy of our DNA.
- Carry out all other reasonable duties and promotional activities as might be expected of the Women’s Talent ID Coordinator.
The role is part time, but you will need to be flexible as there may be a requirement to work evenings and weekends when required.
The salary for the role will be dependent on your skills, experience and current qualifications.
