Rhinos set to play at 45th Super League away ground

This Sunday, Leeds Rhinos will travel to the Cherry Red Records Stadium in Wimbledon to face London Broncos and we have had a quick count up and believe it is the 45th away venue that the Rhinos have played a Super League regular season game since the advent of summer rugby in 1996. 

Remarkably, such has been the improvement in facilities across the game, the Rhinos actually only visit one stadium this season that they played at in the inaugural season, Castleford's Mend-A-Hose Jungle, with Wigan, St Helens, Warrington and London all at new venues since that season.

The Rhinos have played London at more venues than any other team including in France! The Valley, The Stoop, The Hive, Anfield, Griffin Park, Ealing Trailfinders and Stade Aime Giral have all hosted games between the sides with a new addition coming on Sunday. 

For those fans travelling down, remember to check on rail travel with planned industrial action on this weekend. Please note that official travel with the club is now SOLD OUT.

TICKET PRICING 

Please be aware if purchasing concession or junior tickets, London Broncos have stated that proof of eligibility may be asked for on matchday so please ensure you take a copy if required. 

Please be aware that tickets for London Broncos are unreserved, seat details on the ticket are for reference only unless purchasing a wheelchair ticket. 

Ambulant and Wheelchair Accessible Tickets – are available from Leeds Rhinos and are priced at £15*. A complimentary companion ticket can be issued if proof of care component is stated within the DLA or PIP. Companion tickets are not available online. 

OFFICIAL TRAVEL 

Leeds Rhinos Official Coach Travel will be available for this fixture departing AMT Headingley Rugby Stadium at 7:30am. Travel tickets are priced at £45 per person.  

Car parking for travellers will be on street for this game due to a Cricket and Leeds Rhinos Women’s fixture taking place at AMT Headingley Stadium. There will not be a town pick up for this travel. 

Please be aware coach travel is subject to demand and may be cancelled if there are a low number of bookings.
