Job Opportunity: Headingley Lodge Receptionists

Leeds Rhinos are currently looking to recruit receptionists to work in Headingley Lodge, which is situated at Headingley Stadium in Leeds and boasts a 4 star (accommodation only) rating. The role holder will report to the Hotel Manager and assist in providing a positive experience for all guests that stay in the Lodge.

As the first point of contact for guests the successful applicant will be highly customer focused and have excellent communication skills. Duties will include greeting customers on arrival and assisting with their queries, handling incoming telephone calls and processing payments for bookings. They will be able to work using their own initiative and have strong interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, with a knowledge of the Rezlynx Booking System (part of Guestline) and Microsoft Outlook, however, training will be provided for the successful candidate.

The full-time role requirement is 40 hours per week and the part-time role is 16 hours a week. The shifts will be either 7am – 3pm or 3pm -11pm and they will also be required to work some night shifts, which are 11pm to 7am. The shift pattern will include weekend working.

The salary for the role will be dependent on your skills, experience and current qualifications.
