Stay active at home with Leeds Rhinos

Leeds Rhinos legend Jamie Jones-Buchanan joins up with the Rhinos Head of Strength and Conditioning Chris Black and Conditioning Coach Dan Grange to give you a training plan for the next 14 days that will help you keep active in your own home.

Don’t worry if your not quite ‘match fit’ these days, Chris gives simple instructions how you can make each exercise easier or if you fancy a comeback, there are also ways for you to make each exercise harder.
