Furner backs Rhinos to build on Salford performance

Leeds Rhinos Head Coach Dave Furner says his side will be looking to build on their first win of the season at Salford last Sunday as they prepare to take on St Helens this Friday at the Totally Wicked Stadium in Round Three of the Betfred Super League.

Furner has also revealed that Director of Rugby Kevin Sinfield is helping Tui Lolohea with his goal kicking.

This weeks clash with St Helens revives memories of the 2003 semi final that Furner played in against Saints when Sinfield kicked a conversion from the touchline to send the match to extra time after taking over the kicking duties from Furner earlier that season.
