Agar says Rhinos need to set the tone on defence

Leeds Rhinos coach Richard Agar says his side must set the tone of the game early on against Hull FC on Sunday at Emerald Headingley with their defensive effort.

The Rhinos boss felt his side let their intensity drop from previous weeks last Friday in the defeat to Hull KR and they paid a heavy price early on. This week against a Black and Whites side who are chasing for trophies on all fronts still, Leeds will need to be make sure they are on their mettle.

Agar has revealed the absence through suspension of Richie Myler has given him some options with his backline whilst he welcomes back Nathaniel Peteru and Brad Singleton for this week’s game.
