Specialising in working with those impacted by brain injury, complex psychological injuries and/or mental health challenges; we also provide Vocational Rehabilitation services - we have been awarded Team of Year 2023 by the Vocational Rehabilitation Association. We work to support people to meet their goals and guiding individuals through their recovery by working to goals that are meaningful to the person as well as important to maximising their recovery and independence.

We are based in Yorkshire and have members of our team located around the North of England covering Teeside, Humber, Lancashire and surrounding areas. We also offer for remote input nationwide.

Phelps Case Management Consultants also offer support and guidance via bespoke trainings and personalised supervision to professionals in the case management field. Registrations held in the team include Case Management Society UK, British Association of Brain Injury & Complex Case Management, Vocational Rehabilitation Association UK as well as being an Institute of Case Management Supporter.
