Centre Connie Boyd enjoyed a successful first year in the Rhinos first team after being elevated from the Academy ranks at the start of the 2025 season.
Joining the club from Oulton Raidettes, the centre featured in the club's Under-16s and Under-19s ranks and finished the 2024 season with four tries in seven appearances. Stepping up to the Super League squad for 2025, Boyd made her first team debut in the opening game of the Challenge Cup campaign against Leigh Leopards and scored her first try for Lois Forsell's side a week later in a convincing win over Sheffield Eagles. She finished the season with 13 appearances in all competitions, and added a second try of the campaign in a home win over Barrow Raiders.
