Hooker Ruby Bruce was one of five Academy products to make the step up to Lois Forsell's Leeds Rhinos Women's squad in 2024.
Scoring a try on debut in a 50-4 away win over Warrington Wolves, she provided back up for Keara Bennett as she featured five times before the end of the season, including the Play Off semi final against York Valkyrie.
Bruce started the 2024 season as part of the Rhinos Under-19s squad and was a starter in the side's opening five games. All five games versus Featherstone twice, York, St Helens and Huddersfield were wins for the Rhinos and Bruce was a try scorer in every game. In total, she amassed seven tries, including two tries in consecutive games against Huddersfield and Featherstone.
