Tilly-Jae Brown progressed through the Rhinos Women's Academy setup to make her club debut during the 2023 season.

The former Methley Warriors junior was one of three Rhinos Under-19s players that were handed their first senior appearances by Lois Forsell against Huddersfield Giants as the club prepared for it's first Challenge Cup Final appearance at Wembley Stadium. Brown was named on the bench in the 20-16 defeat in her sole appearance for the first team that year, but she also played five games for the Under-19s in which she scored five tries. 

The prop was called upon again in 2024 as she played games in the Women's Super League and Challenge Cup. She began the year with a substitute appearance in the group stages of the Cup against Huddersfield, plus she also came off the bench in another 50 point win over Warrington in the league. 

As captain of the the Under-19s for 2024, she was one of four players that was ever-present for Academy Head Coach Matty Bullough as the side won six out of seven games.
