Former Guiseley Rangers junior Archie Hurford joined the Rhinos in 2021.
The second rower started playing his junior rugby at North Leeds Leopards but later moved to Guiseley. In his debut season under Scholarship head coach Mark Butterill, he made one appearance in a 48-8 win over London Broncos Under-16s.
In 2022, his performances in the five games he played, earned the forward a new contract for 2023. He also added two tries in a convincing 52-16 win over Hull KR in May 2022.
He currently attends Woodhouse Grove school.
