Leeds Rhinos v Widnes Vikings, Friday 14th March, kick off 8pm

The Rhinos return to Headingley Carnegie for their next First Utility Super League game against an in form Widnes Vikings.

Denis Betts’ side are so far undefeated in the competition, having kicked off with a 64-10 win over London Broncos before staging a dramatic fightback to snatch a 22-20 victory against Huddersfield Giants and then coming twice from behind to secure a 32-18 win over Salford City Reds.

There have been twelve previous meetings between the Rhinos and the Vikings in Super League and although it was Widnes who claimed a double in their first season in 2002 Leeds have gone on to win nine of the following fixtures. Widnes’ last triumph came in 2003 when they triumphed 29-14.

Before the game the Rhinos will begin the St Patrick's Day celebrations with pre match entertainment including Irish dancers, a live Irish Band and an Irish flag pitch parade as well as many other events on the night.
