Danny McGuire is the greatest try scorer in the summer era and is the only player to have scored over 200 Super League tries.

A teenager when he debuted in 2001, he became an integral member of the Rhinos team under Daryl Powell before an incredible season in 2004 when he finished with 39 tries for the season and scored the try that ended a 32 year wait to win the Championship at Old Trafford.

Typically of the champion player he was, McGuire finished his career at the Rhinos as a Grand Final winner again with a Harry Sunderland Award winning performance as he crossed for two tries to lead his team to victory at Old Trafford against Castleford in 2017.

He is one of only five men to captain a Leeds side to a Championship win.
