Born into a rugby family, Lucy spent her formative years engulfed in rugby league and was destined to pursue a career in the world of rugby. After gaining a degree in Politics from Newcastle University, Lucy took a Gap Year to travel and then joined the Leeds Rugby Commercial Sales team in 2003. 

Lucy says "Leeds Rugby is a fantastic place to work and I love every minute of my job. The team spirit and comradeship that the players have filters down throughout the entire company and to our customers. Our customers really feel like they are part of the Leeds Rugby family and feel like they are part of something special and that's how I feel working here". 

Lucy describes match days as her favourite part of the job. "The buzz around the place on match days is just brilliant and I get a real sense of satisfaction when I see all the hard work and planning that goes on behind the scenes, paying off, and everyone having a great time". Outside of work, Lucy enjoys playing hockey, keeping fit and travelling.
