Sivo and Connor finishes as Super League's leaders

Leeds Rhinos stars Maika Sivo and Jake Connor have been named the Betfred Super League's leading try and points scorers respectively following the completion of the regular season and 27 rounds of action. 

Sivo scored 29 tries in his first season playing in the competition after he returned from a year out with an ACL injury. He is the first Leeds player to top the try scoring charts since Ash Handley in the truncated 2020 season. He just pipped his team mate Brodie Croft to top spot and earlier this season set a new club record for tries in 10 successive games. 

Jake Connor added another four points to his season tally in the loss to Hull FC whilst Wigan's Adam Keighran scored 18 points in the Warriors win over Catalans Dragons but he could not overhaul Connor who finishes the regular season with 282 points.
