Trio return for Leopards clash

Leeds Rhinos Head Coach Brad Arthur has confirmed his 21-man squad ahead of Friday's Betfred Super League opener against Leigh Leopards, kick off 8pm.

The Rhinos welcome back Lachie Miller, Chris Hankinson and James McDonnell to the squad after the trio missed last week's Cup outing against Widnes Vikings. Miller was a scorer in this fixture at Leigh Sports Village in 2025, whilst Hankinson made his Rhinos debut in the 22-14 win too.

Mikolaj Oledzki misses out with a rib injury and Cameron Smith with a groin injury picked up in last week's Challenge Cup game against Widnes.  Jake Connor misses out after a knock to his knee in training.  Ash Handley, Keenan Palasia, Jeremiah Matautia are still ruled out for this week along with long term injuries Max Simpson and Alfie Edgell.

There is also a place for the club's newest debutants George Brown and Fergus McCormack - Brown earning selection off the back of scoring two tries to beat the Vikings. Ethan O'Neill and Danny Levi also made their debuts last weekend and could make their Super League debuts, particularly O'Neill who faces his former club. 

Winger Ryan Hall is closing in on 350 career tries as he enters the second year of his second spell at the club. Hall needs three tries to hit the milestone, having scored 246 for the Rhinos, 62 for Hull KR and 39 for England.
