HOW TO REDEEM YOUR BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE CREDIT 

1. Log into your online account at tickets.therhinos.co.uk using this email address or your customer number. 

2. Once logged in, you be on Your Leeds Rhinos Account page. Scroll down the page to view the 'Your Personal Offers' section and click 'View Offer' next to ‘Bring a Friend for Free’. Please note this will only appear if you have a 2026 Season Membership and have not used the Bring a Friend for Free offer already. 

3. You will then see a list of matches where you select the match you would like to use your ‘Bring a Friend for Free’ credit for. 

4. Once you have selected your match, you will then be required to select the stand your Season Membership is for and select the ticket you would like to use your ‘Bring a Friend for Free’ credit for. 

5. If you have other Rhinos 2026 Season Members linked to your ‘Friends and Family’ on your ticketing profile, you can also redeem their ticket credit but remember to allocate them using the drop-down box/es on your order summary page otherwise you will be unable to complete your order. Please be aware if you can no longer see the offer (e.g. you are not a Season Member yourself or you have used your credit already) you will need to log in to their account directly. 

6. Click to complete your order and you will then receive a confirmation of your booking. 

7. No later than seven days prior to the match, you will receive a follow up email about the RhinosTix App which is how you will receive your match ticket/s for the match/es you have selected. This will explain how you can share the ticket/s with your family member/s or friend/s ahead of match day so they can access AMT Headingley Stadium for the game.

FLEXI MEMBERS

Instructions are outlined below as to how you can redeem your tickets. If you wish to purchase additional tickets, this must be completed on a separate order. 

1. Log into your online account at tickets.therhinos.co.uk using this email address or your customer number. 

2. Once logged in, you will be on Your Leeds Rhinos Account page. From the list of options, choose ‘Select your matches as part of your Flexi Membership'. You will then be taken to a summary page for your Flexi membership. 

3. Click 'Confirm My Matches' button and then select the matches you would like to attend using your Flexi Membership. 

4. Click 'Confirm Choices’ button. 

(If using a desktop this will appear on the right of the page. If using a tablet or mobile this will appear below the matches) 

5. Confirm your matches on the summary page.The area of the ground that you purchased your Flexi Membership for will automatically be selected.If you have a Flexi Membership in a seated area, you will then be able to select your seat by clicking 'Modify My Seat' before confirming your bookings. This must be done on each you have selected. 

7) Once you have confirmed everything, click 'Add To Pack.' 

8. You will then receive a confirmation of your booking. Towards the end of January you will then receive a follow up email about the Rhinos Tix App which is how you will receive your match tickets for the matches you have selected and how you will access AMT Headingley Stadium on match day. 

Please be aware if you have purchased a Flexi Membership on behalf of another person, you would need to log in under their online account. If they do not have an online account please email tickets@therhinos.co.uk  including all customer numbers and we can assist you with your bookings.
