The ever popular Friday night Super League action will return to AMT Headingley in force for the 2026 Betfred Super League season after the new fixture list was revealed for the new expanded competition. 

York Knights will come to AMT Headingley on Friday 20th February in Round 2. This will be the first time that Leeds and York have met in the league since 22nd April 1986 when Leeds edged a 14-12 win at Clarence Street to avenge York's 18-10 win at Headingley the previous October. The two clubs have played over 100 times in the league, dating back to 1901 but this will be the first Super League clash to kick start a new exciting time in the history of the Minster men. 

On Sunday 8th March, Ryan Carr will bring his Castleford Tigers side to AMT Headingley. Carr was a popular assistant coach at the Rhinos during his time at Featherstone Rovers. 

To mark the 30th anniversary of the switch to summer, on Sunday 29th March Leeds will host Warrington, just as we did back in 1996. 

April will see Catalans Dragons come to AMT Headingley on Friday 24th April, which is the first of three Friday night games in a row. Wakefield Trinity arrive on Friday 1st May before another West Yorkshire derby against Huddersfield Giants on Friday 22nd May. 

The week after the Betfred Challenge Cup Final at Wembley, Leeds will host St Helens in a mouth watering clash on Thursday 4th June before reigning Champions Hull KR are in town on Friday 26th June. 

Sunday 26th June will see the return of the derby clash with Bradford Bulls at AMT Headingley in the return game of the Good Friday clash at Bartercard Odsal Stadium. The Rhinos will round off July with the visit of Toulouse Olympique on Friday 31st July. 

The Rhinos will host Leigh Leopards on Thursday 13th August before wrapping up the regular season with back to back home games in September.
