Development Academy important for player retention, says Mcguire

Former Leeds Rhinos player Danny McGuire, who this year joined Leeds Rhinos Foundation as Rugby League Impact and Growth Manager, took a session with the Leeds Rhinos Development Academy, run in partnership with Leeds City College. With the number of players dropping out of the game after the age of 16, McGuire said things like the Development Academy are important ways of keeping young players engaged and involved in the game.
