Rhinos Diary: What's on this week

This week at the Rhinos, six of the club's teams feature in huge matches across the week as the rugby league season continues to heat up.
Brad Arthur's Men's and Lois Forsell's Women's sides play the final home games of their regular seasons as Thursday night sees the Rhinos take on Catalans Dragons before the Rhinos Women clash with York Valkyrie on Sunday ahead of the Play Offs. Chev Walker's Under-18s Academy have a semi-final clash against St Helens on Saturday as they look to book their place in this year's Academy Grand Final, plus the Women's Under-19s close their season with a clash against the Valkyrie.
Leeds Rhinos Wheelchair also have two matches across the week too, starting with a friendly against York before they clash with Edinburgh Giants in Hull on 4pm.
Take a look below for more information:
Monday 8th September
York RLFC Knights Wheelchair vs Leeds Rhinos Wheelchair
Monday night sees Leeds Rhinos Wheelchair head to the University of York Sports Centre to take on York RLFC Knights Wheelchair in a friendly clash, kick off 7.15pm.
With two rounds of Super League action left, including this weekend's trip to Hull to take on Edinburgh, the Rhinos get a chance to test themselves against one of the newer teams in Wheelchair Rugby League in York.
Thursday 11th September
Leeds Rhinos vs Catalans Dragons
The final home match of the Betfred Super League regular season sees Leeds Rhinos host Catalans Dragons this Thursday as the Rhinos look to grab one final win in front of the AMT Headingley crowd before the play offs.
Victory over Huddersfield last time out kept the Rhinos in third place in the table and in the driving seat for a home eliminator in a fortnight's time. They face a Catalans side who managed to overcome Salford's challenge a week ago by a drop goal as they start preparations for 2026.
Match tickets start at £25 for adults, £20 for concessions and £13 for juniors and are available online at tickets.therhinos.co.uk or call the ticket office on 0371 423 1315.
Saturday 13th September
Leeds Rhinos Under-18s Academy vs St Helens Under-18s Academy
A place in the 2025 Academy Grand Final is on the line this Saturday as Leeds Rhinos take on St Helens in AMT Headingley, kick off 4pm, to decide who will progress closer to lifting this year's Under-18s final trophy.
In a repeat of the 2022 Grand Final, which saw the Rhinos come out on top in extra time, Chev Walker's side face a test if they want to face the winner of the second semi-final between Warrington Wolves or Wigan Warriors. Saints have been a part of every Academy Grand Final since 2019 (excluding the Covid affected 2020 and 2021 seasons) but having lost out to the Rhinos 38-0 in July, Derek Traynor's side know the threat they are coming up against.
Entry for the South Stand Terrace and Seats is priced at £5 for Adults (aged 17 and over) and FREE for Juniors (aged 16 and under). Cash and Card payments will be available via Gate E (St Michael's Lane).
Leeds Rhinos Wheelchair vs Edinburgh Giants Wheelchair
At Hull's Allam Sports Centre, Leeds Rhinos Wheelchair play the final league game of their season as James Simpson-Hill's side take on Edinburgh Giants, kick of 4pm.
In the second game to be played at a neutral venue after last week's matchup against Sheffield at the David Ross Sports Centre, the Rhinos aim for a similar performance to the one that saw them come away from their round one clash with the Giants as 114-6 victors. Although they can't contest for the Grand Final, it is a chance for the side to finish the year on a positive note.
Sunday 14th September
Leeds Rhinos Women vs York Valkyrie
The final round of the Betfred Women's Super League regular season sees Leeds Rhinos Women host York Valkyrie at AMT Headingley as part of a double header at the stadium, kick off 3pm.
Both clubs have already secured their place in next week's semi-finals, but a win on Sunday would give one side momentum heading into clashes against either St Helens or Wigan. The Rhinos lost out 24-16 to the Valkyrie back in round two, but Lois Forsell's side have recovered to come into round 14 as one of the league's in-form sides with four consecutive wins. York bounced back from defeat to St Helens by beating Barrow last time out as they look to keep themselves in contention to retain their Grand Final title.
The game will be available to watch live on The Sportsman, plus fans can watch live in person with tickets available now. Head to tickets.therhinos.co.uk where tickets for the North Stand and AMT East Terrace can be bought for £10 for adults and free for Juniors aged 16 and under.
Leeds Rhinos Women Under-19s vs York Valkyrie Under-19s
Before the first teams take to the field, Leeds and York meet in the Under-19s competitions at AMT Headingley in the final game of their season, kick off 12.45pm.
Ellis Pascall's side look to finish the season on a high after losing out to Huddersfield Giants for a second time in 2025 last Wednesday night. Two Lill Seal tries won the Rhinos the reverse fixture back in May, but since then York have gone unbeaten in eight games. The Valkyrie's run consists of six wins as well as draws versus Wigan and St Helens.
Tickets for the Under-19s game are included in all tickets for the main Women's Super League game too. Head to tickets.therhinos.co.uk where tickets for the North Stand and AMT East Terrace can be bought for £10 for adults and free for Juniors aged 16 and under.
