Round 24 of the Betfred Super League sees Leeds Rhinos make the return trip to the MKM Stadium as Brad Arthur's side look to keep their winning run going against Hull FC on Saturday, kick off 3pm.
The Black and Whites suffered a last-gasp defeat to Leeds when they met back in round 11, but have maintained their place in the top six at an important time when all points matter.
Here's more on our opposition, Hull FC:
2025: Cartwright inspires comeback season
Currently in possession of the sixth and final play-off spot heading into the final four games of the season, Hull FC face tough opposition in the next fortnight as they look to break away from chasers Wakefield Trinity, who lie only a point behind the Black and Whites.
Compared to a disappointing 2024 campaign, head coach John Cartwright has shifted Hull back in the right direction in 2025 as their twelve wins are the most the club has accumulated over the course of a league season since they won 15 games in 2019. Most of their success came early in the campaign, as they sat second in the table after eight rounds. Wins against Catalans, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Castleford, and Warrington gave Cartwright a lightning-fast start to his tenure, but a mid-season drop in form saw the Black and Whites slide to sixth as Wigan, Hull KR, Leeds and the Giants inflicted a run of losses that put Hull's top six hopes in jeopardy.
The last twelve rounds have been inconsistent as the side dealt with injuries to key players, including Will Pryce, John Asiata, and Liam Knight, to win seven games. They have built momentum in the last few weeks despite losses to Huddersfield and St Helens, but Leeds and Hull KR provide stern challenges in the next two rounds. Once they've navigated those tests, a run of back-to-back home games against Warrington and Catalans finishes the regular season, by which time they hope to have a play off berth confirmed.

Round 23 Review
Take a look at the highlights:
Key Names
Lewis Martin - Super League's top try scorer has been a phenomenon since leading the line in his first full season as a senior player, as he's scored 22 tries in 23 games. No player has been as lethal as Martin in all competitions as he has only failed to score in seven out of 26 games in 2025. Notable wins saw him scored three tries in the Challenge Cup against York Acorn and Wigan, as well as hat tricks in the league versus Huddersfield, plus he also scored four against Salford in an 80-6 result back in round 21 to keep his place as the competition's try scoring leader.
Herman Ese'ese - Ese'ese has found a new gear under Cartwright in 2025 as the 30-year-old prop has been one of Hull's standout players this campaign, plus he has been one of the league's leading forwards across a range of metrics. For Hull, no player has made more post-contact metres, offloads or tackle breaks than Ese'ese who has set the benchmark after being one of the side's better players in 2024, and he is only second to Martin in carries and metres, and behind hooker Amir Bourouh in tackles. In terms of the Super League competition, he ranks second in offloads and third in tackle breaks.
Aidan Sezer - Facing his former side on Saturday afternoon, Sezer was a welcome return to the Hull outfit after missing wins over Salford and Leigh following a shoulder injury. The Hull captain will be a crucial figure down the final stretch of the season, especially in the absence of Will Pryce, but has begun forging partnerships with youngster Jack Charles and former Canberra team mate Jordan Rapana, who partnered Sezer in the halves last week against Saints. Sezer played 37 games for Leeds from 2022 to 2023, scoring three tries.
