Connor leads Man of Steel points at half way point

The Betfred Super League has hit its halfway point, and the current Steve Prescott MBE Man of Steel leaderboard makes for an interesting viewing, as we head into the second half of the season.
Leeds Rhinos’ Jake Connor leads the way at the top with 21 points – five points clear of Hull’s Herman Ese’ese in second.
Ever-present Connor has been in impeccable form, and arguably one of the star signings of the 2025 Super League season.
He’s really found his flair under the stewardship of head coach Brad Arthur, racking up four tries and 17 try assists across the first fourteen rounds.
This clever playmaker has been the Rhinos’ mastermind in the current campaign, as Leeds find themselves rejuvenated and sitting pretty in third place…and look set to make a formidable charge to the Play-Offs.
A consistent Connor has picked up maximum points three times throughout the year, as well as two points on six occasions - including most recently in Round 14 against Warrington Wolves.
Remember; the leaderboard could all be set to change in the remaining rounds, and depending on player performances, movement could be highly likely...
