Next Up: Wakefield Trinity

Round 13 is set to be a special occasion at AMT Headingley as Leeds Rhinos and Wakefield Trinity meet in the club's annual MND Awareness game on Saturday afternoon, kick off 4.30pm.
Here's your match preview for the fixture:
Opposition Overview
12 rounds have passed since the Rhinos and Trinity last met in the season opener and after a tight contest back in February, it's no surprise both sides occupy spots in the top six of the Betfred Super League table.
Since winning their first game at AMT Headingley since the 2019 season, Trinity have gone on to win seven games in all competitions to sit sixth in the standings. Although they're in a strong spot as the season's halfway mark approaches, head coach Daryl Powell is in search of a bit more consistency as his side has only managed a maximum of two consecutive wins before suffering defeat.
After beating Leeds, they conceded consecutive losses to Hull KR and St Helens in front of a home crowd before picking up a result against Warrington as well as a Cup triumph over Huddersfield to progress to the quarter finals, where they were eventually knocked out by Leigh. The Leopards, Hull FC, Catalans and St Helens again pulled off wins to push Trinity down as low as ninth, but recently the club has bounced back thanks to two results against neighbours Castleford and a high-scoring 40-10 scoreline over the Wolves in round 11.
Tom Johnstone has been a catalyst on his return as he has eight tries in all competitions, whilst Max Jowitt's goal kicking has been one of the best in the league as he has an 80% success rate. Captain Mike McMeeken is leading on the defensive front with the second most tackles in the whole of Super League for a Wakefield side who have made the second-most total tackles behind Huddersfield Giants.
