Rhinos Diary: What's on this week

This week at the Rhinos, the Easter weekend brings four matches for fans to enjoy including the Men's and Netball first teams, Under-18s Academy and Under-16s Scholarship.

The unbeaten Scholars get the action underway as they face Leigh on Wednesday night, before the Academy also look to keep their winning momentum going at AMT Headingley against Huddersfield before the men's sides go to battle. NIC Leeds Rhinos Netball cap the weekend off too as they travel to Wales to take on Cardiff Dragons.

Wednesday 16th April

Leigh Leopards Scholarship vs Leeds Rhinos Scholarship

Wednesday night sees Leeds Rhinos Under-16s look to continue their winning start to 2025 as they take on Leigh Leopards at Leigh East ARLFC, KO 7.30pm.

The Rhinos have opened the year in style as they've secured convincing wins over Hull FC and Huddersfield already in 2025, whilst Leigh suffered a 44-8 defeat at the hands of St Helens last time out and look to get back to winning ways.

Entry at Leigh is £5 for adults, £3 for 12-17s and concessions, and free for Under-12s.

Friday 18th April

Leeds Rhinos vs Huddersfield Giants

Good Friday sees Family Day arrive to AMT Headingley as Leeds Rhinos take on Huddersfield Giants in round eight of the Betfred Super League.

Stadium gates open at 2.30pm and from the moment you step foot into the stadium, you'll be transported to a world of wonder with entertainment for all the family to enjoy. Capping off the afternoon, the Rhinos can add to last week's win over Salford and keep their position in the top six against a Huddersfield side still without a win in Super League this year.

Leeds Rhinos Under-18s vs Huddersfield Giants Under-18s

Fans can fill their boots with Rugby League action too as the Rhinos and Giants Under-18s Academy sides are in action before the first teams, kick off 3pm.

The unbeaten Rhinos look to continue to build on wins over Castleford and Wigan so far this year whilst the Giants have also started the year with two wins from two games, setting up an exciting clash before the men's Super League game.

Entry is included in match tickets for the Rhinos vs Giants Super League game, but please note that there will be no tickets for the Academy game only.

Saturday 19th April

LexisNexis Cardiff Dragons vs NIC Leeds Rhinos Netball

NIC Leeds Rhinos Netball cap off the Easter weekend as Lauren Palmer's side look to take a spirited performance against Manchester Thunder into an away clash against LexisNexis Cardiff Dragons at the House of Sport, FCP 7pm.

Three consecutive defeats to sides inside the top four has put the Rhinos down to sixth in the league standings, but they can get back on track with games against the Dragons and Nottingham Forest awaiting this month.
