Rhinos trio named in England Women's squad to face Australia Jillaroos this Saturday

Rhinos trio Keara Bennett, Bella Sykes and Izzy Northrop have all been named in England Women's 18-player squad that will face the Australia Jillaroos this Saturday at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas (6:00pm PST / 2am GMT March 2).

2023 NRLW Grand Final winner Georgia Roche will pull on an England shirt for the first time in over 16 months following another impressive season with Newcastle Knights scoring two tries in ten appearances.

Canberra Raiders second-row Hollie-Mae Dodd is named after a try-scoring return against Wales in the Autumn international with Paige Travis also selected ahead of her move Down Under to Parramatta Eels.

Tamzin Renouf is one of four York Valkyrie players called up with the reigning Woman of Steel Georgie Dagger also set to represent the England shirt after missing out in the Autumn due to her wedding to York Knights’ Will Dagger.

Jodie Cunnigham will captain the international team for the historic fixture alongside six of her St Helens teammates - including Shona Hoyle and Amy Hardcastle who both faced Australia in 2017 alongside Cunnigham.

England Women versus the Australia Jillaroos will be the penultimate match of a quadruple header featuring a Betfred Super League clash between Wigan Warriors and Warrington Wolves and two NRL matches - Raiders v Warriors and Panthers v Sharks.

All four matches will be shown live on Sky Sports – with England v Australia kicking off at 2am UK time. Tickets and travel information can also be found here.
