Christmas fun planned at the Wetherby Whaler Festive Challenge

Leeds Rhinos play there final game of 2024 on Boxing Day when a new look side take on Wakefield Trinity in the Wetherby Whaler Festive Challenge at AMT Headingley Stadium.

The day will be hosted by the big man himself, Santa Claus, and there's plenty more going on as a Festive treat for all the family.

Join in on the Christmas fun when the stadium gates open at 10am. Fans can kick off the festivities by vising Santa Claus who will be making his way around the stadium. 

There will also be a chance to get up close and personal with Santa’s loyal team of Reindeers, with Rudolph and Prancer stationed near the main club shop and Santa’s Elves are also back in town ready to share their holiday cheer handing out fun surprises. 

Mr Grinch and he’ll also be in attendance, no doubt protesting about the additional Boxing Day festive celebrations, so expect some hilarious antics and a few surprises!

Fans are encouraged to get to their seats in plenty of time to welcome Santa on pitch as he performs ‘A letter to Santa’, after which the Louise Dennison dancers perform on the pitch to a Christmas medley. 

At half time, The Grinch will be calling the shots as he leads the charge for an epic snowball battle on pitch!
 
It will also be fans first chance to see new signings Maika Sivo, Cooper Jenkins, Keenan Palasia, Jake Connor as well as the returning Ryan Hall.

Tickets for the clash on Thursday 26th December are still available to purchase via https://tickets.therhinos.co.u... with prices starting from £22 for adults, £18 for concessions and just £10 for juniors. Leeds Rhinos 2024 and 2025 members can save £3 on their adult, concession and junior ticket if purchased by midnight the day before the game.
