So far in 2024...
As the games tick closer to round 27, Catalans edge closer to a fifth consecutive Play Off appearance as they try and find a late run of form down the stretch.
Defeat to Leeds in their round three visit to AMT Headingley sparked a run of five straight wins for Steve McNamara's side as Hull and Castleford both succumbed to losses in Perpignan, before the Dragons fended off competition from top-of-the-table rivals Warrington Wolves, St Helens and Hull KR in impressive results either side of defeat to Huddersfield in the Challenge Cup.
Since then, Catalans have struggled to find consistent form as they fell out of top four. Only their 26-0 win over Leeds at the Stade Gilbert Brutus broke up losses to Leigh, Wigan, Warrington, St Helens and Leigh, before they strung together results against Huddersfield, Hull KR and Salford; the result against the Robins came from the boot of Theo Fages who kicked the winning drop goal.

Looking at their last five games coming into the clash with Leeds, the Dragons have two wins and three losses; their latest defeat coming at the hands of Hull KR in a 36-4 result.
Now as they head back to Leeds to take on the Rhinos, the Dragons also have games against Wigan, Salford, London and Hull FC remaining as they hope to lock up a place in the top six.

One to Watch
Reimis Smith
Catalans' newest recruit, outside back Reimis Smith, made his club debut last time out against Hull KR as the former Melbourne Storm and Canterbury Bulldog began life in Super League.
After four seasons with Bulldogs, in which he scored 25 tries in 49 appearances, Smith arrived at Melbourne and was consistently on the team sheet in the centres as the side claimed the Minor Premiership and reached the semi finals in 2021. An injury prone 2022 saw Smith ruled out for the majority of the campaign, but he returned in 2023 to help the Storm back to semi finals again, where they lost out to the Panthers, before leaving the club midway through the 2024 to take up the opportunity with the Dragons.
