What's on this week

This week at the Rhinos sees five sides in action as the first team, Wheelchair, Under-18s Men's Academy, Under-19s Women's Academy and LDSL teams all take to the field.
AMT Headingley is set to host a huge double header on Friday as the Rhinos take on Leigh in the club's annual MND Awareness game, as well as the Academy's clash with Huddersfield, plus James Simpson's Wheelchair side look to build on their winning start to their league campaign at home against Hull FC.
The Under-19s Women's also aim to continue their winning run in 2024 when they travel to Featherstone on Wednesday, before the LDSL side round out the week on Sunday.

Wednesday 19th June
Featherstone Rovers Under-19s Ladies Academy vs Leeds Rhinos Under-19s Women's Academy
Wednesday night sees Matty Bullough's Leeds Rhinos Under-19s side head to Millennium Stadium to take on Featherstone Rovers Under-19s as the Rhinos look to keep up their winning form.
A fortnight ago, Leeds downed Huddersfield 56-4 on the road thanks to a hat trick from Brooke Henderson, and this Wednesday sees them play their third consecutive away fixture as they take on Featherstone, who lost 36-4 to Leeds in the opening game of the season.

Leeds Rhinos vs Leigh Leopards
Leeds Rhinos MND Awareness game against Leigh Leopards at AMT Headingley Rugby Stadium is set for an emotional night with the stadium heading for a capacity crowd.
The match will mark the club’s celebration of the life of legendary player Rob Burrow CBE, who passed away on 2nd June 2024, and there are fewer than 50 seats left available around the stadium and less than 500 places available in the South Stand terrace. Places are still available in the AMT East terrace and Western terrace.

Leeds Rhinos Under-18s vs Huddersfield Giants Under-18s
Before the first team match, the Rhinos Under-18s are in action at AMT Headingley as Tony Smith's side take on Huddersfield Giants, kick off 5.15pm. Fans are encouraged to get to the stadium early to get behind the young Rhinos, who take on a Giants side that sit two points above Leeds in the league standings.
Entry to the Under-18s game is included in match tickets for Rhinos vs Leigh match. Please note that tickets cannot be bought for the Academy game alone.
Saturday 22nd June
Leeds Rhinos Wheelchair vs Hull FC Wheelchair
After victory in their first game of the new Betfred Wheelchair Super League season against Halifax, Leeds Rhinos Wheelchair host Hull FC at The Edge this Saturday, kick off 2pm.
James Simpson's side posted 198 points on Hull in two meetings last season on their way to the Grand Final, but they host a black and whites side that put in a good first half defensive performance in their opening game of the season against Wigan, who eventually won the game 54-16 last Saturday.
Sunday 23rd June
LDSL
Leeds Rhinos' LDSL side close out the week's action on Sunday as the second festival of the LDSL season sees the Rhinos play at Hull KR's Sewell Group Craven Park.
During the day of rugby action, the Rhinos will take on teams from Wakefield, Castleford, York and both Hull FC and Hull KR for the second time, after they all met at Old Modernians in the first festival of 2024 last month.
