Job Vacancies at Headingley Lodge

Leeds Rhinos have two vacancies available to work in the Headingley Lodge which is situated at AMT Headingley Stadium.
Hotel Manager, Headingley Lodge
Leeds Rhinos are looking to appoint a Hotel Manager. The 36-bedroom hotel is situated at Headingley Stadium, Leeds and boasts a 4 star (accommodation only) rating.
Reporting to the Operations Director and working as a key member of the management team, this role is pivotal in ensuring that the highest quality standards are delivered to all guests whilst delivering bottom line performance.
Your responsibilities will include making sure that all hotel receptionists are developed to provide a friendly, welcoming and highly organised service. You will be hands on and understand the importance of ensuring that all bookings and enquiries are handled in a prompt, efficient and helpful manner.
Responsibilities include.
- Being an inspirational leader and leading by example to motivate the team
- Driving sales and maximising occupancy by working closely with the Marketing Team
- Controlling costs and working to achieve all budgetary targets
- Making sure that all health and safety, fire and security regulations are adhered to
- Delivering the highest standard of customer service
The successful applicant will be totally dedicated to customer service and instil this enthusiasm into the team. You will be highly organised, have great attention to detail and know how to prioritise duties to give the customers the best possible service.
This is a full-time role however, part-time applications will be considered.
The salary for the role will be dependent on your skills, experience and qualifications.

Hotel Receptionist, Headingley Lodge
We are currently looking to recruit a hotel receptionist to work in Headingley Lodge. The Lodge is situated at Headingley Stadium, Leeds and boasts a 4-star (accommodation only) rating. The role holder will report to the Hotel Manager and provide positive experiences for all guests.
As the first point of contact for guests, you will be highly customer-focused and have excellent communication skills. Your duties will include greeting customers on arrival and assisting with their queries, handling incoming telephone calls, and processing payments for bookings. You will be able to work using your own initiative and have strong interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, however, training will be provided for the successful candidate.
The role is full-time time, but part-time applications will be considered. The shifts are 7 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm. You will need to be flexible as there may be a requirement to work additional nights when required and weekends.
The salary for the role will be dependent on your skills, experience and current qualifications.
