Match Pack: Round Twelve

The Totally Wicked Stadium plays host to a huge double header of action as Leeds Rhinos Men's and Women's sides play their counterparts from St Helens live on Sky Sports from 5.30pm.

Both Rohan Smith and Paul Wellens' sides come into this week after an extended break due to the Challenge Cup, whilst Lois Forsell and Matty Smith's sides both booked their place in the final of the Women's Cup competition with wins over Wigan and York last weekend.

Ahead of the teams taking to the field, here is your snapshot preview of everything you need to know about tonight's teams:

21-man squad recap

Men's Game

Saints

In brief

- After their break for Cup weekend, St Helens have two changes to their squad from the one that beat Castleford a fortnight ago.

- Prop Agnatius Paasi is in line to make his long awaited return, after injury has ruled him out of the last 10 months.

- Academy product Jonny Vaughan is also named in place of Jake Wingfield and Tee Ritson, who both drop out of the team.

- Winger Tommy Makinson, who announced his departure from the club at the end of the season, needs one try to reach 200 in his Saints career. He is also getting closer to Ryan Atkins in the list of all-time Super League try-scorers as Makinson only needs three tries to draw level with the former Warrington centre.

- Jonathan Bennison comes into the third game against Leeds this season having scored in both the league and Cup wins over the Rhinos at AMT Headingley.

Rhinos

In brief

- A boost for the Rhinos sees Harry Newman and Brodie Croft both come back into the fold for the trip to the Totally Wicked Stadium. Newman comes back for his first appearance since the Giants match in mid-April, whilst Croft only missed the trip to Catalans last time out.

- Loan signing Matty Russell is in line to make his Rhinos debut after joining the club last week.

- Ash Handley is within 12 points of reaching 1000 for Leeds. Since his debut a decade ago, he has 121 tries for the club and two goals.

- Paul Momirovski, James Donaldson, Tom Holroyd, James Bentley, Morgan Gannon, Riley Lumb and David Fusitu'a are all unavailable.

Women's Game

Saints

- Off the back of their Cup win last weekend, Matty Smith has named an unchanged side for the visit of the Rhinos.

- Top try scorer Leah Burke is in the side as she looks to continue her scoring run in both league and cup. Phoebe Hook has also started this season in fast form with eight tries in six games.

- Full back Beri Salihi takes on Leeds for the first time since her off-season move from Wigan. Rachael Woosey also faces Leeds for the first time since 2022.

Rhinos

Lois Forsell makes two changes to her 21-player squad from the one that defeated Wigan in the Challenge Cup semi finals.

- Orla McCallion comes into the squad after her making her come back from injury in the Nines.

- Academy player Tilly-Jae Brown played this year against Huddersfield and the forward comes into contention for this week.

- Top try scorer Ruby Enright misses out after taking an ankle knock in the semi-final and former Saint Shona Hoyle is also ruled out for with a fracture in her finger.
