Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon and Half Marathon info

The second Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon and half marathon takes place this Sunday, 12th May, starting and finishing at AMT Headingley Rugby Stadium.
The day will be another fantastic occasion for the city of Leeds and the wider West Yorkshire region as we come together to raise an incredible amount of money for good causes, inspired by our hero Rob Burrow CBE.
Here is some brief information for this looking to follow the event.
Spectator tickets:
Spectator stadium tickets have been on sale for those wishing to watch the action unfold at this year’s Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon.
Whether you’re cheering on family or friends, expect an electrifying atmosphere and a party from start to finish as thousands of participants of all abilities and ages cross the finish line. Please note that this ticket is your only way to gain access to the stadium and the finish line. Spectators will be allowed access to the stadium from 10:30 but each spectator MUST have a ticket to enter. Tickets are
£5 plus booking fee per person. Run for All will sell an allocation of tickets at the Race Office at Gate G on Sunday 12th May. Card only.

Saturday 11th May – 12pm – 4pm (Leeds Rhinos Ticket Office – Match Day Collections on St Michaels Lane)
Sunday 12th May - from 7am (Gate G Kirkstall Lane)

We are looking forward to welcoming you to AMT Headingley Stadium, home of the Leeds Rhinos! Here is some important information to help you plan your day:
- Spectators with tickets will only be able to enter the stadium from 10:30am on Sunday 12th May. You will not be able to enter the stadium at the same time as the runner/s you are supporting.
- You will need one ticket per person. Babes in arms do not require a ticket.
- Please enter via Gate G on Kirkstall Lane (LS6 3DP) and head to your allocated stand shown on your ticket. Please note seating in the AMT East Stand seats and North Stand seats is unreserved. The AMT East Stand Terrace is standing only.
- Please either print the ticket or have it available on your mobile device for scanning at the turnstiles on entry. Duplicate tickets will not be accepted.
- Catering units and bars will be open across the site. The site is a cashless venue.
- There will be a bag checking policy in operation on entry to the ground and you may be subjected to a bag search. No bags larger than A4 size will be permitted.
- The stadium does not allow alcohol, cans, or glass bottles to be brought into the venue. There are plenty of water fountains on site so please bring your own empty bottles for filling.
- No dogs will be allowed within AMT Headingley Stadium, with the exception of assistance dogs.
- There will be no re-admittance once leaving the stadium, tickets cannot be re-used.
- Please ensure that children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Please be advised all stands are undercover.
- Only small umbrellas will be allowed into the stadium.
- There will be parking restrictions in place around the stadium and there will be no drop-off outside the entrance. The drop-off areas are via Beechwood Drive onto St Michaels Lane (South) and via Grove Lane onto Shaw Lane.
- We recommend that you do not bring pushchairs to AMT Headingley Stadium as you will not be able to take them into the spectator stands.
- There will be bicycle parking within AMT Headingley Stadium however they will be left at your own risk.
Meeting up with the participants after they have completed the marathon/half marathon.
The participants will finish the race on the hallowed turf of the Leeds Rhinos pitch. No spectators will be allowed to access the pitch so we advise that you meet up with your friends and family who have completed the event back in the Event Village. Stewards and volunteers will be on hand to direct you around the venue.
