Vacant Position | Part-Time Night Receptionist, Headingley Lodge

We are currently looking to recruit a Night Receptionist to work in our Lodge. Headingley Lodge is situated at AMT Headingley Stadium in Leeds and boasts a 4-star (accommodation only) rating. The role holder will report to the Lodge Manager and assist in providing a positive experience for all guests that stay in the Lodge.

As the first point of contact for our guests you will be highly customer focused and have excellent communication skills.  Your duties will include greeting customers on arrival and assisting with their queries, handling incoming telephone calls, and processing payments for bookings. You will be able to work using your own initiative and have strong interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable with a knowledge of the Guestline Booking System and Microsoft Outlook, however, training will be provided for the successful candidate.

The role involves working 4 nights per week between 11pm and 7am. You will need to be flexible as there may be a requirement to work additional extra nights when required.

The salary for the role will be dependent on your skills, experience and current qualifications.
