7 in 7 in 7 Challenge heads to Wales

Kevin Sinfield and his team head across the border to the Welsh capital on Day 2 of the 7 in 7 in 7 Challenge as they arrive in Wales. 

The run will start at 11.30am at the Principality Stadium before heading towards Sophia Gardens and the Extra Mile event at Bute Park. Sinfield and his team will then head towards Cardiff Met University before heading back towards the city, passing Cardiff City Stadium on their way to the Cardiff Bay area. Finally, they head back towards the Arms Park where Sinfield will finish his run on the pitch at half time in the United Rugby Championship game between Cardiff and Scarlets.
