Matchday pack - Round Twenty One

Our annual Armed Forces game is here, with plenty planned from gates opening at 12pm including our double header of action with Leeds Rhinos men and women all in action.

Here is the matchday pack with all the info ahead of today's clash with the Leopards:

Team News

Rhinos 21-man Squad

- The Rhinos make three changes for today's visit of Leigh.

- James Donaldson is set to make his 100th appearance for the club since arriving at Headingley in 2019. Donaldson missed out on selection last week at St Helens but could return to action on Sunday.

- Following a foot injury for Richie Myler at St Helens, Luke Hooley could make his home debut for the Rhinos. Hooley helped Batley Bulldogs to reach Wembley in the 1895 Cup recently and could add to his only appearance for the Rhinos so far this season at Hull KR back in March.

- The Rhinos are without winger David Fusitu'a as he completes the return to play protocol following a concussion at Saints last week. Youngsters Jack Sinfield and Alfie Edgell are also both drafted into the 21 man squad.

- Former Leopard Nene Macdonald takes on his former club having finished his sole season at Leigh Sports Village as the team's joint top try scorer last year.

Leigh 21-man squad

- Even with Wembley around the corner, Leigh have named a full strength side for the visit to Leeds.

- Oliver Gildart is in line to make his first appearance since arriving back in Super League from the NRL. The former Wigan Grand Final winner, who is set to join Hull KR in 2024, could debut for the Leopards after they lost Ricky Leutele for the rest of the season.

- Former Rhinos Zak Hardaker, Robbie Mulhern and Tom Briscoe make their first returns to Headingley; Hardaker and Briscoe in particular coming back across the Pennines having helped Leeds to a Grand Final in 2022. Top try scorer Josh Charnley is also one to watch having scored 20 tries in 28 games against Leeds.

- Lachlan Lam, who extended his stay at the club, will look to have a big impact, like he has done all season, along with the electric Edwin Ipape.
