Magic Weekend takes centre stage across this week's round of fixtures as the Rhinos first team, PDRL and LDSL all descend on Newcastle as part of the festival of Rugby League in the north east. Plus Leeds Rhinos Netball round off their season with a trip to Wales.

Friday 2nd May

Celtic Dragons vs Leeds Rhinos Netball

The final week of the Netball Super League sees Liana Leota's Leeds Rhinos Netball side take on Celtic Dragons at the House of Sport, FCP 7pm.

Both sides are battling at the bottom end of the table but a win for the Rhinos would see them leapfrog Team Bath into 8th place and level with Strathclyde Sirens.  Dragons are looking for their first win since round three, which is their only win of the season, and can also avenge their 55-46 defeat to Leeds earlier in the season.

Saturday 3rd May

Leeds Rhinos vs Castleford Tigers

Magic Weekend returns to Newcastle's St James' Park this weekend as the Rhinos close out Saturday's round of fixtures with a clash with local rivals Castleford Tigers, kick off 6pm.

Rhinos fans can still buy tickets for the Saturday or whole weekend up until 3pm on Friday 2nd June. There is also limited travel for the Saturday left, priced at £30 per person. Please note that travel for the Sunday is unavailable.

PDRL and LDSL Festivals

Alongside the weekend's Super League action, both of the Rhinos PDRL and LDSL teams are involved in Saturday's festivities.

The 2023 Community Integrated Care Learning Disability Super League season kicked off last month, and players will once again be part of Magic Weekend. There will also be a full PDRL Festival hosted at Kingston Park alongside the Learning Disability Super League which will include nine different teams showcasing the very best of inclusive Rugby League.
