Leeds Rhinos Foundation launch new weekly fitness sessions

Leeds Rhinos Foundation is launching an affordable offer that will support you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

The BOOST membership is £10 per month and is offers weekly activity sessions run by qualified coaches to support people in taking charge of their health. 

For £10 per month BOOST offers:  

A weekly varied timetable of physical activity sessions  

Monthly spotlight education sessions

Regular health checks  

Physical Activity Timetable 

 The sessions are fun, safe, welcoming and can be tailored to the needs of those attending.   Attending BOOST sessions can offer a number of benefits including:

Increasing physical activity levels and improving fitness 

Expanding knowledge and building new healthy habits. 

Tracking progress to keep on top of achieving goals.  

Leeds Rhinos Foundation's health improvement officer, Amy Livingstone, said:  “It can be difficult to make healthy changes, so we are excited to launch BOOST and support people to make this first step. If you are over the age of 18 and looking to make small changes to lead a healthier lifestyle, then get involved in our BOOST offer today. Our timetable will continue to expand to offer a varied, affordable and exciting offer.”
