Job Opportunity: Lodge Manager
Leeds Rhinos are looking to appoint a Lodge Manager to work at their 36 bedroom Lodge, which is situated at Headingley Stadium, Leeds and boasts a 4 star (accommodation only) rating.
Reporting to the Operations Director and working as a key member of the management team, this role is pivotal in ensuring that the highest quality standards are delivered to all guests whilst delivering bottom line performance.
Your responsibilities will include making sure that all Lodge receptionists are developed to provide a friendly, welcoming and highly organised service. You will be hands on and understand the importance of ensuring that all bookings and enquiries are handled in a prompt, efficient and helpful manner.
Other responsibilities include.
- Being an inspirational leader and leading by example to motivate the team
- Driving sales and maximising occupancy by working closely with our Marketing Team
- Controlling costs and working to achieve all budgetary targets
- Making sure that all health and safety, fire and security regulations are adhered to
- Maintaining our customer satisfaction rating of 95%
The successful applicant will be totally dedicated to customer service and instil this enthusiasm into the team. You will be highly organised, have great attention to detail and know how to prioritise duties to give the customers the best possible service.
This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week and will include weekends, evenings and nights.
The salary for the role will be dependent on your skills, experience and qualifications.
