Rhinos boosted by trios return

Leeds Rhinos travel to The Be Well Support Stadium this Thursday to face Wakefield Trinity in Round Four of the Betfred Super League, live of Sky Sports, boosted by the potential return of three star players.

Winger David Fusitu’a could make his second appearance for the club after concussion recovery has ruled him out of the last two games whilst Harry Newman could make his first appearance of the season following a hamstring injury suffered in the pre-season win over Hull FC. Second row Rhyse Martin is back in the UK having returned home to Australia on compassionate leave.

The game could be a milestone game for hooker Brad Dwyer, who has made 99 appearances so far for the Rhinos, and centre Liam Sutcliffe who has made 199 appearances for the club before Thursday’s clash.

The Rhinos are without Richie Myler, Tom Holroyd, James Donaldson and Sam Walters through injury whilst James Bentley has two more games to complete his suspension. Alex Mellor will continue his return to play protocol having suffered concussion in last week’s defeat to Catalans Dragons.
