Agar names strong squad for Boxing Day clash

Leeds Rhinos Head Coach Richard Agar has named a strong squad for the Wetherby Whaler Festive Challenge on Boxing Day, kick off 11.30am, at Headingley.

Agar includes three new signings with Blake Austin and Aidan Sezer combining in the halves for first time together since they played alongside each other at Canberra Raiders in 2018. James Bentley is the other new recruit included in the starting line up.

Youngster Jack Sinfield could make his first senior appearance for the Rhinos after being named in the extended squad with Agar set to reduce the 21 man squad on the morning of the game.

Tickets are available now for the game on 26th December at with capacity at Headingley restricted to 9,999. The game will also be available to fans to watch on the Our League live stream at a cost of £4.95 if booked before midnight on Christmas Day, please be aware the price will rise to £10 on the day of the game, so fans are encouraged to purchase in advance of game day. In order to purchase the game, you need to be logged into your Our League account on the website. You cannot purchase within the app.

The full game replay will be available to anyone who has pre-ordered the game and fans who do not purchase before the game can also pay to watch the full match again after the final hooter for £4.95.
