Rhinos unchanged 21 man squad for Wakefield clash

Leeds Rhinos Head Coach Richard Agar has been able to name an unchanged 21 man squad for Monday’s Betfred Super League clash at Wakefield Trinity, kick off 3pm.

The Rhinos won 14-0 at Wigan on Wednesday night and as well as the 17 on duty at the DW Stadium, Agar has included Sam Walters, Callum McLelland, Jarrod O’Connor and Jack Broadbent.

Richie Myler is set to play his 350th career game. Myler has made 88 appearances for Leeds since joining the club in 2018 having previously made 50 appearances for Catalans Dragons. Between 2010 and 2015 he played 145 games for Warrington along with 53 at Salford and two for Widnes at the start of his career in 2007. Internationally, Myler has ten caps for England and one for England Knights.

Winger Ash Handley will make his 150th career appearance. A Rhinos Academy graduate, so far Handley has made 136 appearances for the Rhinos since his debut in 2014 along with eleven for Featherstone Rovers on dual registration and one each for England and England Knights.

Tom Briscoe needs three tries for 150 Super League tries in his career having made his 350th career appearance in the win at Wigan last Wednesday. He has scored 64 Super League tries for Leeds and scored 83 for Hull FC between 2008 and 2013.

Leeds are without Liam Sutcliffe (knee), Konrad Hurrell (foot), Luke Gale (knee), Jack Walker (foot), Mikolaj Oledzki (toe) and Alex Mellor (knee).
