Update for members from Gary Hetherington
I was hoping my next update would be a final one on the Covid pandemic and its impact on our Club and Members this season. But alas, after yesterdays’ announcement by the Prime Minister Boris Johnson, there is still so much uncertainty surrounding a full return of crowds and the impact this is having on our organisation.
So, my message today is a simple one and a reminder of the promise we gave at the start of the season that no Rhinos member will be disadvantaged because of games they have missed, and we will confirm more details once we all have certainty regarding the end of restrictions from the government.
With regards to the home matches which will be impacted by the government announcement, we will be in touch with our 2021 Season Members very soon about how we will operate the attendance for them for these games with the continued reduced capacity. Unfortunately, we will be unable to sell any other match tickets for the home games during this period.
Once again, a big thank you from me on behalf of all our staff, players and management for your wonderful support for the Club and Team and I know Kevin Sinfield, Richard Agar and the players are determined to reward your support with strong performances throughout the rest of the season.
Thanks again and very best wishes.
