Incredible gesture from legend Peacock ahead of Rovers v Rhinos

Jamie Peacock in action against Warrington in the 2012 Grand Final

Leeds Rhinos legend Jamie Peacock is the most successful player in the Super League era having won more Grand Finals than any other player.

Now the former Rob is auctioning of a unique piece of Rugby League history in aid of ex-Hull KR player Mose Masoe ahead of this Friday’s clash between the Robins and Leeds.

Peacock is auctioning off his actual 2012 Grand Final shirt when he featured in his 10th Grand Final, a record, and was part of the Leeds team that retained the title having finished in fifth for the second year running, another landmark achievement.

All proceeds will be donated to the Mose Masoe Foundation set up to support Mose and his young family after his career ending and life changing injury suffered in January 2020.

You can bid for the shirt via Twitter by sending a direct message to Jamie and fans have until the final hooter of Friday’s game to place their bids.
