One Week to go until ‘Love League’ fixture

There’s just one week to go until the Rhinos are back in action at Emerald Headingley Stadium. We’ll be taking on Hull KR on Friday 14th February, kick-off 7:45 in a game we’re calling ‘Love League’.

For this ‘Love League’ fixture, we’ll be showing our support for Mose Masoe, and we want all Rhinos fans to do the same. We recently experienced the incredible support of the rugby community after Rob Burrow was diagnosed with motor neurone disease, with events and fundraising ongoing. Now, we want all Rhinos and rugby fans to do the same again and show their support for Mose Masoe following his life-changing injury. Following the injury, a fund has been set up for Mose and his family and so far over £47,000 has been raised.

For the fixture, we’ll be increasing the commission of Hull KR’s ticket sales from the 25% to 50%, with the extra 25% going to the Mose Masoe Fund. As well as this, we’ll have bucket collections in all fan and corporate areas for you to donate to the fund. Alternatively, you can donate to the fund now by clicking here.

Match Day Entertainment

Throughout the match day we’ll have loads of free pre-match and half time entertainment all around the ground, including face painters, balloon modellers, live buskers and everyone’s favourite mascot Ronnie the Rhino up to his usual antics.

Pre-match we’ll have plenty going on, including a living statue and a live on-pitch vocal performance. We’ll also have a pyrotechnic light show as the players make their entrance.

Back for 2020, Alex Simmons and Roy Dickinson will be taking over the South Stand Podium before and after the game. They’ll be bringing you exclusive interviews with players and special guests, plus there will be some great post-match drinks offers at the bar.

We’ll also be Bringing Back the Biff with our brand new Half Time game. Be sure to stay in the stands to see whether this week’s contestants can beat The Biff Bros.

How much are tickets? Tickets for the game are on sale now and start from just £24 for adults, £16 for concessions* and £12 for juniors (16 and under) when bought in advance.
