Leeds v Warrington 2nd November 1989

League leaders Warrington arrived at Headingley in early November in the 1989-90 season looking to continue that run but they faced a Leeds team determined to climb the table themselves.


Leeds v Warrington 30th August 1995

Leeds and Warrington met in midweek at the start of the Centenary season at Emerald Headingley in Dean Bell’s first home game in charge of the club.


Leeds v Warrington 5th April 1998

Graham Murray’s first home game in charge took place in Round One in the 1998 Super League season when Warrington were the visitors. The Rhinos had not played for nearly two months having been knocked out of the Challenge Cup at the start of February and the pressure was on to start the new era in good fashion.


Leeds v Warrington 29th August 2003

Having failed to win their previous three games, Daryl Powell’s side took on Warrington at Headingley with only two rounds left in the regular season after the clash and knowing that victory was a must if they were to overhaul Bradford and finish top of the table at the end of the regular season.
