There’s everything to play for in the final round of the 2018 Betfred Super 8s Qualifiers as Leeds host Toronto Wolfpack this Friday 28th September in a historic fixture marking the inaugural meeting between the two sides.

Make sure you are at Emerald Headingley to see history in the making and to cheer the boys on – they need your support to get the all-important win to secure our place in Super League. With loads of great entertainment planned on game day, it’s set to be a match night to remember.

Goodbye Ryan Hall & Joel Moon

The evening is set to be an emotional affair as we bid goodbye to loyal servants Ryan Hall and Joel Moon who both leave the Club at the end of the season.

There will be a half-time tribute to Ryan Hall and a dedication to Joel Moon at full-time including interviews on the Emerald Headingley pitch so please stick around after the final whistle.

Fans can also send their best wishes to Ryan Hall in person at the Kallum Watkins Testimonial Calendar Launch on Tuesday 2nd October at Manahatta Headingley from 7pm. Tickets are £5 which includes a drink on arrival and can be purchased at tickets.therhinos.co.uk.

Lap Of Appreciation

The full first-team squad will perform the traditional end of season lap of appreciation at the end of the match, making their way around the Emerald Headingley pitch to meet and greet fans, take photos and hand out goodies to junior fans, so please stick around after the final whistle if you would like to meet the players.

Everyone’s favourite tenor, John Innes, will return to Emerald Headingley for a special performance this Friday night. John, better know by Rhinos fans as “Operaman”, is a firm favourite at Emerald Headingley and will be entertaining fans with a live performance on the pitch in the build up to the big game and also at half time.

Leeds Rhinos Wheelchair Team Celebration

We’re delighted to be joined by the Leeds Rhinos Wheelchair team on Friday as we celebrate their recent Grand Final victory. The team beat Halifax 54-44 at Medway Park, Gillingham, in the Wheelchair Rugby League Grand Final on Saturday 22ndSeptember and will be taking to the Emerald Headingley pitch with their Champions trophy for a special interview before kick off.

Meet Pete!

Keep an eye out for an extra special guest at Emerald Headingley this Friday. Pete the Dinosaur will be roaming around the ground meeting and greeting fans so be sure to look out for him and enjoy some photo opportunities with the T-Rex!

Yorkshire Cancer Research

Yorkshire Cancer Research will be taking over Emerald Headingley on Friday as part of an ongoing partnership between the charity, Leeds Rhinos and Leeds Rhinos Foundation. Rhinos fans will have the chance to chat to GPs about health worries at a special ‘Check It Out’ clinic and learn about cancer signs and symptoms through the charity’s ‘RhiNO to Cancer’ campaign at information stations around the ground.

The charity will also be holding a bucket collection on the turnstiles, handing out free Try Cards to fans and giving away t-shirts signed by Rhinos players!

Around The Ground

Turnstiles open at 5.30pm on Friday and you can come along and enjoy loads of free entertainment around the ground before kick off. Look out for free face painting, balloon twisting, a caricature artist, rodeo bull and live music from busker Nick Keating.
As always, Ronnie the Rhino will be entertaining fans around the ground before performing his famous South Stand dive with his lucky junior mascot, and there will be performances on the pitch from the Heart Yorkshire Dance team.
