Ladbrokes Challenge Cup Semi-Finals Spectator Information

If you are travelling to Macron Stadium on Sunday for the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup semi final please read all the spectator information below ahead of your trip.
St Helens v Catalans Dragons – 12:30pm
Warrington Wolves v Leeds Rhinos – 2:45pm
General Information

  • Box Office Opening Times: 9am-6:30pm
  • Turnstiles (General Admission): 11am until half time of the final game.
  • Corporate Entrance Times: 11am until 1 hour after the final whistle.
  • There are no pass-out systems in place. If you leave the stadium, you will not be allowed re-entry.

Baggage Restrictions
Nothing larger than 8 x6 x2 inches or 210 x 148 x 50mm will be allowed into Corporate Hospitality or General Admission areas.
There are no bag drop-off facilities on site. All baggage larger than the dimensions, must be stored in your vehicles. All baggage is subject to a bag search before entering the stadium.
Ticketing
Please enter the stadium via the turnstile indicated on your ticket. Spectators must ensure that they sit in their allocated seat(s). Although there may be adjacent seats that appear empty, it is likely that ticket holder hasn’t yet arrived or is elsewhere in the stadium.
If a concession ticket has been purchased, identification may be requested on entry. Holders of such tickets should ensure that they have the appropriate ID with them.

Refreshments
There are food kiosks in the ground which are open before the match until just after half time. All kiosks serve a range of hot and cold drink and snacks.
Please be mindful if you are wanting to bring your own food into the ground as there are bag restrictions in place. No large amounts of food will be allowed into the stadium.
No beverages will be allowed into the stadium at all, unless this is for medical reasons.
Alcohol is available to purchase from the stadium kiosks and the stadium operates a Challenge 25 policy. Drinking alcohol is permitted in the stadium bowl for these games.
Smoking
Smoking including the use of vape / electronic cigarettes is not permitted in the stadium.
Luggage/Pushchairs
We regret to inform you that there are no areas to store luggage and/or pushchairs at Macron Stadium.
Quiet Room
There is a quiet room available should anyone wish to use this space for practising multi-faith or quiet reflection. If you need to use this room, please alert your nearest steward who will direct you to this room.

By Road:
From the East (Leeds)
If travelling West towards Manchester on the M60, leave at Junction 15 and join the M61 towards Preston. DO NOT take the A666 towards Bolton. Turn off the M61 at junction 6 and take the third exit off the roundabout onto A6027, the De Havilland Way. At the next roundabout;

  1. Go straight across for car park A.
  2. Take a left turn onto Burnden Way for car parks B, C and E

From the West (St Helens & Warrington)
If travelling East towards Manchester on the M62, leave at Junction 12 to join the M60 and follow signs for M62 towards Leeds. Leave at junction 15 and follow the signs for M61 Preston, DO NOT follow the signs for A666 towards Bolton. Turn off the M61 at junction 6 and take the third exit off the roundabout onto A6027, the De Havilland Way. At the next roundabout;

  1. Go straight across for car park A.
  2. Take a left turn onto Burnden Way for car parks B, C and E

From the North
If travelling down the M6, follow signs for the M61 and leave at junction 30. Once on the M61, follow signs for Manchester/Bolton and leave at junction 6 (Macron Stadium should be visible on the left). Take the first exit off the roundabout onto the A6027, the De Havilland Way. At the next roundabout;

  1. Go straight across for car park A.
  2. Take a left turn onto Burnden Way for car parks B, C and E

From the South
If travelling up the M6, follow signs for M62 and leave at junction 21a, following signs for Manchester. Join the M60 at Junction 12 and proceed to follow signs for the M61 towards Preston. DO NOT take the A666 towards Bolton. Turn off the M61 at junction 6 and take the third exit off the roundabout onto A6027, the De Havilland Way. At the next roundabout;

  1. Go straight across for car park A.
  2. Take a left turn onto Burnden Way for car parks B, C and E

By Rail:
Please note there are no rail services going to and from Bolton or Horwich Parkway rail stations.
Match Day Parking
Match day parking will be available on a first come first serve basis, match day only. Spectators are asked to make their way to the Stadium and turn onto Burnden Way to find the nearest car park.
Coach parking for Leeds Rhinos and St Helens spectators are to use Car Park E and coach parking for Catalans Dragons and Warrington Wolves spectators are to use Car Park A.
For spectators who have blue badges, there are spaces in Car Park C via Burnden Way or Car Park A via the A6027, De Havilland Way.
Parking is charged at;

  2. Mini Bus = £10
  3. Coaches = £20
  4. Accessible Blue Badge Parking = £10
