Head to The Buffers this Saturday for Tour de Yorkshire cycling carnival

Head on down to the Buffers in Scholes this Saturday 30th April for a family friendly day of entertainment watching both the Women’s and Men’s Tour de Yorkshire race and sprint in Scholes throughout the day.

The Buffers is holding a Tour de Yorkshire carnival and providing heaps of family fun and entertainment, with Live bands playing late in to the night.
 
A full schedule of the events through the day are as follows:
 
8am:                                      Women’s race road closures
8am-12pm:                         Breakfast buffet
9.09am:                                Women’s race and sprint – Station Road
10am:                                    Inflatables and games / Live music
10am-12midnight:           Bar open
12-3pm:                               Leeds Rhinos Foundation skills zone and fundraising
12-8pm:                               BBQ
2pm:                                      Men’s race road closures
3.02pm:                                Men’s race and sprint – Station Road
5.30pm-Late:                     Live music
 
The Buffers is an official Leeds Rhinos Ambassador and supporter branch venue as well as being huge supporters of the Leeds Rhinos Foundation.  The Foundation will be holding a skills zone from 12 till 3pm for kids and big kids alike to test their rugby skills as well as selling raffle tickets for their 2016 grand prize draw where you can help raise £10K to Change Lives Through sport.  Please click here for more information on the grand prize draw and prizes available.
