Jamie Peacock to return for Stanningley in special memorial game

On Saturday 26th March, Leeds Rhinos legend Jamie Peacock will pull on the Stanningley shirt for one last time in a special game in memory of his late father Darryl.

Returning to the club where it all began, Peacock will be joined by other special guest players in an open age match against Milford, kick off 2.30pm.  All money raised from the day will be donated to Wheatfields Hospice, where Jamie’s father was cared for, and also CICRA (Children with Crohns & Colitis) in memory of Josh Sanderson.

Tickets for the day are £5 for adults and £2 for children under 16.  Along with three games of rugby being played there will be lots of entertainment for the whole family on offer at Stanningley’s Arthur Miller Stadium, with top band Desilva on stage at 6.30pm and a unique raffle and auction.

12.30pm – Under 9 – Stanningley v Milford
1.30pm – Under 11 – Stanningley v Milford
2.30pm – Open Age – Stanningley v Milford

Tickets are on sale now to the general public and Stanningley are expecting a sell-out crowd so get your tickets now as there will be no pay on the day once the tickets have gone.

Due to limited parking on site and in the local area Stanningley are encouraging all supporters to make their way to the club by public transport.
